Nokia N9: Another 12 MP phone with 1 GHz?

Nokia is having a giant in the pipeline as rumored on internet by some websites. The E7 look-alike N9 will be a successor to N8, the first 12 megapixel phone from the company. According to rumors, the new phone is the 2nd 12 MP phone from Nokia which will be the first also in terms of processing power given by any phone form the company.
Nokia N9: Another 12 MP phone with 1 GHz?

Some rumored specs go down:
  • 4.0 inches capacitive touch screen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution
  • Full QWERTY keyboard
  • 64 GB internal storage
  • 512 MB RAM and 1 GB ROM
  • microSD support up to 32GB
  • Bluetooth v3.0 and USB On-the-go support
  • MeeGo OS
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 1 GHz processor (1.2GHz at some websites)
MeeGo is relatively a new open source OS from the Linux Foundation and is solely based on Linux. The OS is developed for Intel Atom and ARM v7 architecture. Nokia is surprisingly changing operating systems for its smartphones too frequently. First moving to Symbian^3 OS, then to Maemo and now rumored to have MeeGo on its upcoming N9.
If we count these rumors to be true then the phone will be debuting at the MWC this year which is to be held in February. As specs shows, the phone has some serious hardware to compete with other new-generation smartphones. The phone is rumored to have a 1GHz (1.2 GHz in some sources) processor along with 512 MB of RAM. So the device is going to be very fast and efficient.
The excellent 12 megapixel camera with the new operating system would be handy. As it will b 2nd phone with 12MP camera after the N8 from Nokia. Another exciting feature of N9 as rumored is its LTE connectivity. Overall the device is a fabulous one only if the rumored specs and features are correct.
I think the device is adorable and looks so stylish and elegant as the full QERTY keyboard and 1.0 GHz processor are the clear pros over the predecessor N8.
