Battlefield 3 is an upcoming first person shooter game from DICE. The short trailer offers a sneak peek into the intense gameplay from the single player mission, Operation Guillotine of the upcoming war game.
The player assumes the role of a US Marine and steps into a very authentic battle scene. As the first boots on the ground, players will experience heart-pounding missions across diverse locations including Paris, Tehran, and New York. As a US Marine in the field, the player will experience periods of tension and anticipation, only to be punctuated by moments of utter chaos. Bullets will whizz by you, walls around you will crumble, and explosions will force you to the ground in this game that deploys physics to generate realism like never before.
