There are two methods used for deleting administrator password, that are explained below

Method1
Boot up your computer with DOS operating syste
m and delete sam.exe and sam.log files from the path
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config, the folder shown below
Now when you boot up in NT the password on your built-in administrator account which will be blank, that is contain no password. This solution works only if your system is FAT(File Allocation Table) Kind.
Method2
Put your hard disk in another computer and use it as secondary disk drive. And boot the secondary hard disk and open the hard disk, find path
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config
And delete SAM.exe and SAM.log files and remove your hard disk and put it in your computer.
Now boot up.
