Are you looking for an easy way to upload and share files, folders and screenshots to your friends and family? Localhostr Uploadr is probably the coolest application that can do this! It is a beautifully designed application that makes uploading to localhostr.com a breeze. It has a very cool interface that makes sharing files easy and fast.

How to use Localhost Uploadr:
1. Download and install Localhost Uploadr. You can also download its portable version.
* Are you using Mac? Download it here.
2. Once installed, you can now start uploading files. Just drag and drop the files in the “Uploading area”.
* You can see the status of your files in the “Uploading area”. There are 3 states: idle (not doing anything), uploading (progress of upload is visible), and error (some error has occurred). While uploading there is a cancel button to cancel the current upload.
* You can upload as many files as you want but should not exceed the 50 MB limit.

3. You can see your uploaded files in the history area.
* Each item shows the filename of the file uploaded as well as the date and time it was uploaded. Below that information there is a ‘Copy URL’ button that will copy the target URL to your clipboard and a ‘Delete’ button that will remove the item from your history.

4. You can also take screenshots easily and upload it using the application.
* You have two choices to take screenshots: Custom-drawn screenshot and Window grabbing screenshot.

In Custom-drawn screenshot, you can draw a selection rectangle by holding the mouse left button down and dragging the mouse to draw out the selection while Window grabbing screenshots lets you take screenshots of the active window.

5. You can also change the settings on the Preferences. Just click the button beside “custom-drawn” to view the Preferences/Options window.

Localhostr Uploadr is really one of my favorite file sharing applications and I really like its modern-looking interface. I just wish that they could increase the upload limit even up to 100-200 MB.
