Well, I will briefly introduce this so called the new Operating System. Windows 7, which used to be codenamed Vienna. It’s obviously faster than Vista, and faster than XP in terms of boot and shutdown time.
Aside from that, I do see changes in the taskbar. Quick Launch toolbar has been replaced with pinning applications to the taskbar. Buttons for pinned applications are integrated with the task buttons. One main thing that is really noticeable is the AeroPeek function where it allows some windows to be transparent for a quick look of the desktop.
Of course, you would see some improvement in the Experience Index.
